Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Service Not Rendered

 

As BioBi.NET is a service directory and marketplace that facilitates connections between Clients and independent Vendors, our refund policy is strictly limited to issues related to non-performance of the service by the Vendor.

  1. Direct Payments to Vendors: If a Client pays a Vendor directly outside of the BioBi.NET platform, BioBi.NET has no control over those funds and cannot issue a refund. All refund requests for direct payments must be handled directly with the Vendor.

  2. Payments Processed through BioBi.NET (If Applicable): If BioBi.NET facilitates the payment between the Client and the Vendor:

    • Refunds Only for Non-Rendered Services: A Client is eligible for a refund of the service fee paid only if the Vendor completely failed to show up or render the contracted service after payment was made.

    • No Refunds for Service Dissatisfaction: BioBi.NET does not issue refunds for issues related to the quality, standard, or satisfactory completion of a service that was, in fact, rendered. Disputes regarding service quality must be resolved directly between the Client and the Vendor.

    • Dispute Process: If a Client claims non-performance, they must notify BioBi.NET and the Vendor within [Insert Number] days of the scheduled service date, providing evidence of non-performance. BioBi.NET may, at its sole discretion, review the evidence and facilitate a resolution, but is not obligated to provide the refund itself.

  3. Client Cancellation: Cancellation policies for scheduled services are set by the individual Vendor. Clients must adhere to the Vendor's stated cancellation policy.
